Standardizing of a method developed for haze, transmittance and colour is critical for quantitative assessment of printed resins. The resulting method is particularly applicable for development and formulation of stereolithography (SLA) resins denoted as aesthetically clear or near clear and low in colour.
The aim of this study was to ascertain the optimal post-cure conditions for Loctite®3D 3860, which would provide a printed part witha high temperature resistance and a crack-free finish. The post-cure procedure of parts printed with Loctite®3D 3860 was thoroughly investigated and this initially involved post-baking at high temperatures.
