Photocentric Validates Henkel Loctite’s Resins on the Liquid Crystal Opus Printer
Photocentric, a leading LCD 3D printing equipment manufacturer, has announced the validation of Loctite materials LOCTITE 3D 3843 HDT60 High Toughness and LOCTITE 3D IND405 HDT50 High Elongation on their LCD 3D Printer, Liquid Crystal Opus.
Photocentric’s Liquid Crystal (LC) Opus 3D Printer has an impressive build volume of 310 mm x 174 mm x 220 mm and patented peel release technology “Vat-Lift” that ensures reliability over large surface area printing. With its rugged construction, the LC Opus has been designed to provide fast and highly accurate prints with reliable and repeatable performance. A perfect size for a desktop or work bench, the LC Opus is ideally suited for a huge variety of applications and environments.
To provide Liquid Crystal Opus customers with the best possible experience, Photocentric began working closely with the team at Henkel to validate these LOCTITE 3D high-performance resins. Loctite and Photocentric are happy to announce today the final workflow validations.

“The Photocentric and Henkel engineering teams worked closely to validate our Loctite resins workflow. Based on our engineering data, Photocentric provides a great system delivering both high mechanical properties and resolution printed parts”
