Desktop Metal and Henkel Announce Validations for the All-New Xtreme8K

Today, we are excited to announce that the first workflow for LOCTITE material has been validated on the Xtreme8K by Desktop Metal! Over the past two years, Desktop Metal and Henkel have collaborated on various applications for their DLP printing platforms, including industrial and medical. By bringing LOCTITE high-performance materials to the Xtreme8K, featuring the largest build volume for a DLP machine in the industry, both companies are demonstrating their commitment to supporting serial production in Additive Manufacturing.
“I saw the Xtreme 8K before its release and knew it would excite the industrial additive space with the large build volume. I am pleased with our teams’ work to bring Loctite resins to the platform with initial workflow validations” Sam Bail, Head of Business Development Management and Partnerships for Loctite 3D Printing at Henkel.
